Shipping policy

We ship to all European countries using UPS or FED EX.

Delivery Times: All orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. The delivery period begins at the time the shipment is confirmed. Delays may occur due to high order volume or exceptional circumstances; we will notify you immediately if this happens.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are clearly displayed at checkout. The exact amount depends on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Shipping Providers: We ship exclusively via UPS or FedEx. After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Customs and Import Fees: For shipments to countries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. We do not cover these costs; they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you check the applicable import regulations in the destination country before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain countries due to export or import restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you after we receive your order.
