HP Race Brands Return Policy
Return or exchange eligibility:

Products purchased directly from HP Race Brands can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order.

Products purchased through a reseller or third-party vendor are not eligible for a refund.

All returns and/or exchanges require proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.).

The items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Any item found to be damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to a manufacturer's defect is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rejected returns will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Items purchased at reduced prices will be refunded and/or credited at the purchase price.

Items that are for sale, completed, or restored may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Approved returns will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card or original payment method.
